returns are not applicable. Please read this refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

DIGITAL services – NO RETURNS

All services sold on SostaBazar.in are digital in nature and delivered electronically.
Once a digital services has been purchased and accessed, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or resold.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be considered only under the following circumstances:

The digital services is defective or corrupted

The services was not delivered due to a technical issue on our side

The services received is significantly different from the description provided on the website

To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of purchase with proof of purchase and a clear explanation of the issue.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be credited within 7–10 business days. 
Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.

NON-REFUNDABLE CASES

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

Change of mind after purchase

Lack of knowledge or incompatibility with your device or software

Failure to read the services description or system requirements

Downloaded or accessed digital services without technical issues

Sale or discounted items (FINAL SALE)
